20:30 Performance of the Hírös Folkdance Ensemble of Kecskemét and the Székely Mikó Lyceum’s Folkdance Ensemble of Sfântu Gheorghe

The Székely Mikó Lyceum’s Folkdance Ensemble celebrated its 50th anniversary this May. The ensemble was established in 1968 by two teachers: Albert Péter and Árpád Dancs. Albert Péter had been managing this soul feeding work for 45 years. In the Autumn of 2013 Edit Tőkés and Zsolt Tőkés took over the management of the ensemble. The ensemble’s hour-long dance "LAKE OF TEARS" is based on the legend of Lake Saint Anne.
